- Homemade apple compote (Reinette variety)

01 Make the apple sauce
Chop up a couple of Reinette apples, put them in a bowl or a glass, cover it and put it in the microwave for 10 minutes. Then add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
02 Prepare the cheese
Next, cut the truffle cheese into triangles and serve it on a wooden board.
03 Serve the cider
Take a previously chilled bottle of cider and carefully serve a little in each glass.
