01 RONCARI BLUE SHEEP AND GOAT’S CHEESE
Our Roncari Blue pure blue sheep’s and goat’s cheeses,are internal mould ripened and made from pasteurised sheep’s or goat’s milk. They use a specific mould, Penicilium Roqueforti. The minimum maturation period is four months but they reache their peak taste at six months.
02 TÍO RESTI: THE AUTHENTIC GOAT HERDER
This is a fresh cheese with Protected Designation of Origin. It is made from 100% goat’s milk from the Murcian-Granadine breed. This milk gives the product unique characteristics: a soft and creamy texture and lots of flavour. It is ideal for eating alone, in salads or even fried with a little flour. Enjoy treating yourself!
03 RONKARI: THE EVERLASTING CLASSIC
The Pyrenees of the Roncal Valley taste of cheese and it is in these lands, where ancestral traditions and the wisdom of good craftsmanship are preserved, where the excellent Ronkari cheese is produced. It is made from raw sheep’s milk and its fame has made it a true ambassador of the valley.
